I have always been someone who drinks black coffee, but recently I have been craving something sweet in the afternoon, and a cup of sweet and creamy ice coffee always satisfies that urge. In my house, we are all about fast and convenient. When you have three kids under the age of 8, it’s a must. I was looking around the internet and found this really cool site called Willpowder. They have powdered versions of many items we use to cook. It’s a really cool site and the products were developed by a chef, plus they make certain recipes very quick to prepare ahead of time.
I made this Non-perishable Low Carb Vanilla Bean coffee creamer with just three ingredients–super easy.
What You will need
Willpowder also has Coconut milk powder if you wanted to make a Non Dairy version of this.
- 1/2 cup of Powdered Heavy Cream
- 1/4 cup of Swerve Confectioners Style zero calorie sweetener
- 1 whole Vanilla bean
- Mix the first two ingredients into a small container. Take whole vanilla bean and cut open, scrap seeds out with the edge of a butter knife and add to your power mixture. Mix. Store in a cool dry space.
